With your Garrafon VIP admission, you’ll enjoy an open bar on board the boat and throughout your visit to the park.

Itinerary:
- 10:00 am – Park Arrival
- 10:30 am – Zipline (available from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm)
- 11:00 am – Temazcal (sessions at 11:00 am or 3:00 pm)
- 11:00 am – Visit to Punta Sur
- 12:00 pm – Restaurants open (12:30 pm – 4:30 pm)
- 2:30 pm – Downtown Isla Mujeres Tour (optional)
- 5:30 pm – Park Closing

- We recommend arriving before 12:00 pm so you can enjoy the park to the fullest.
- All services require prior reservation.
- All activities are subject to weather conditions, daily operations, and safety staff approval.
- Adults are 13 years and older. Children are ages 6–12. Kids 5 and under are considered infants.
- One infant admission is included per paying adult.
Snorkeling Guidelines
- Minimum age for snorkeling is 10 years old.
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Not recommended for guests over 60 or those with heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, on heart medication, or any serious medical condition.
Safety Restrictions
- Pregnant women over five months may not participate in water activities or the zipline.
- All guests ages 6 and older must pay the dock fee.
- For the zipline: maximum weight is 130 kg (286 lbs) and minimum height is 1.10 m (3.6 ft).
- Kayak minimum height is 1.30 m (4.3 ft). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Participation of seniors or guests with disabilities is subject to prior approval by the recreational supervision team.
- Life jackets are mandatory for all water activities.
Temazcal Ceremony
- Advance registration is required at the information desk. Maximum 20 participants per session. Limited availability.
- Guests under 18 years old may not participate in the temazcal ceremony.
