Out on the water, board the climate-controlled SubSee Explorer, where our knowledgeable, bilingual staff will point out the spectacular world of corals, tropical fish, and marine creatures.

This tour includes:

  • Guide and instructions
  • Boat ride through mangrove channels
  • SubSee submarine ride
  • Beer, water, and soft drinks during the boat ride

This tour DOES NOT include:

  • Hotel pickup
  • Photos and videos
  • Reef preservation fee ($20 USD per person)

Tour duration: 2 hours aproximately

  • Children between 4 and 11 years old pay the child rate.
  • Children under 4 years old are free
  • Maximum age to participate is 65 years

    • During pregnancy
    • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

This tour is operated by an external tour operator. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using the tour services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other secure payment options.
  • The external tour operator reserves the right to request identity verification before confirming a booking.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations or additional processing fees by your financial institution.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancel any time! Full refunds up to 7 days before your activity.

**Please note: Any cancellation within one week of your activity date is non-refundable. For a full refund, AquaWorld must be notified 7 days prior to your scheduled activity. This is as a courtesy to open up space for guests who might be waiting in line for our water fun activities.

Refunds can only be processed via the same means of payment.

Reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty in the event that weather conditions don’t allow the service to take place.*

If you do not show up for the activity and it is operating, no refund applies unless you present a medical prescription.

In the event of illness, a doctor’s note must be presented to receive a refund or to reschedule without penalty. In package arrangements, cancellation of one of the included activities/dives nulls the package price and the remaining services/dives are charged at full price. In some occasions the remaining services may cost more individually than the original package.

* This policy does not cover transportation costs, if applicable.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missed tours with no refund.
  • Provide a valid contact number and email to receive important tour updates.
  • Ensure you meet any health, age, or physical requirements specified in the tour description.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff and tour guides.
  • The external tour operator is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival, incorrect contact information, or failure to comply with tour requirements.

4. Liability and Disclaimer

  • The external tour operator is not liable for any personal injury, lost belongings, accidents, or damages incurred during the tour.
  • We are not responsible for third-party service providers (e.g., local operators, transportation, or accommodations) used in conjunction with our tours.
  • Weather conditions, traffic delays, or force majeure events do not qualify for a refund if the tour proceeds as scheduled.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal data is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law.
  • Payment information is processed using encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

6. Changes to These Terms

  • The external tour operator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon publication.
