2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations by the Customer

• More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund.
• Within 24 hours of the tour start time: No refund.
• No-show (failure to arrive at the meeting point on time): No refund.

2.2 Cancellations by PrimeOne Tours

• If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns, you will be offered:
  • A reschedule at no additional cost.
  • A full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

3. Changes and Modifications

• Booking modifications (date/time changes) are subject to availability and approval.
• Any change request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
• Additional charges may apply if the modification results in extra operational costs.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missed tours with no refund.
• Provide a valid contact number and email to receive important tour updates.
• Ensure you meet any health, age, or physical requirements specified in the tour description.
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff and tour guides.
• PrimeOne Tours is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival, incorrect contact information, or failure to comply with tour requirements.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

• PrimeOne Tours is not liable for any personal injury, lost belongings, accidents, or damages incurred during the tour.
• We are not responsible for third-party service providers (e.g., local operators, transportation, or accommodations) used in conjunction with our tours.
• Weather conditions, traffic delays, or force majeure events do not qualify for a refund if the tour proceeds as scheduled.

6. Privacy Policy

• Your personal data is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law.

7. Disputes and Claims
